The Honest Divorce Team
The divorcing couple will be supported by a CPA, Attorney, and Coach for coparenting and communication issues as needed. All consultations are complimentary until the Honest Divorce Team determines the complexity of the issues involved. Typically, this involves one to two calls with both spouses to learn about their needs and areas that may be cause for disagreement, or require additional support such as financial analysis or coparenting plans. Then the professionals will provide a flat-rate proposal that will include all fees. If the couple decides to move forward, then the process begins.
Online Sessions
What we have learned from recent events is that we can be very productive using teleconference technology and most people have gotten familiar with this method of communication. This also allows each spouse to be in a different location that is convenient for them while working with us and each other. We utilize Zoom meetings that are password protected for security.
Honest Divorce Team Meetings
The CPA on the team will work with the couple to resolve all the financial issues. The Attorney will file the petition and ensure that all legal aspects of the divorce are properly handled. The Coach will work with the couple on developing a coparenting plan and facilitating effective communication, as needed. All professionals will collaborate throughout the process. Since the fees are fixed, the couple does not have the extra stress of worrying about how much these professionals will charge for these services and can focus on getting to an Honest Divorce.
