• Honest Divorce is a referral service to independent professionals who are interested in assisting couples achieve an amicable divorce. Honest Divorce does not provide any professional services to clients.
• Honest Divorce referrals are not for professional mental health care or medical care. You agree to seek out these services as needed directly and not through a referral from Honest Divorce.
• The personal information you provide on the Honest Divorce website or by calling Honest Divorce will be provided to independent professionals who you agree will be contacting you.  You agree that you are waiving any rights you may have to privacy regarding your personally identifiable information.
• You are under no obligation to engage any independent professional referred by Honest Divorce who contacts you. You are required to make your own determination of the suitability of any professional’s ability to provide beneficial services to you. You agree that your sole relationship is with that of the referred professionals, of which you will take full responsibility for, and not with Honest Divorce.
• Waiver of all Liability and Hold Harmless: You release the owners of Honest Divorce from all actions or claims of any kind that relate to services obtained from any referred professionals. You hold the owners of Honest Divorce harmless and indemnify them against all actions or claims including attorneys’ fees, judgments and costs with respect to any injuries, death, or other damages or losses, resulting from services obtained from any referred professionals.
• THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE AND ANY THIRD-PARTY SITES AND SERVICES REFERRED TO YOU ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
